Bites & Bowls is a food truck that thrives in Fusion flavors. We are Flavors around the Globe, We Serve Fusion Bowls like Chicken Tikka Bowl, Jerk Chicken Bowl, Asian Bowl & Vegan Bowl plus Our Top Selling Empanadas (Hand Crafted) made to order with over 13 different flavors of Empanadas plus a few specialized Sandwiches (Avocado Grilled Cheese Panini, Jerk Chicken Sandwich). We recently expanded our operation into a Food Truck for Festivals, Fairs, Birthday parties, Schools, Non-Profit, and Weddings.

Catmint Wheelcake

Wheel Cake, also known as “Imagawayaki,” a Japanese dessert that originated in Japan made its appearance in Taiwan during the period of Japanese colonial rule over Taiwan. Since then, the dessert was adapted to make it appealing to the Taiwanese palate. The name “wheel cake” is derived from its rounded shape as it has became one of the most signature street foods in Taiwan. Not only do we select the freshest and highest quality ingredients to serve the best wheel cakes in town, but we have also spent months perfecting our recipes in order to deliver the most luscious and unique taste to everyone.

Welcome to Kimchi Smoke. We feature Award winning Barbecue using traditional BBQ techniques with an array of flavor profiles ranging from Texas, Kansas City, Carolinas, Hong Kong, Manila, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Jamaica, and of course Korea.

Chef Robert Austin Cho cooks what he is eating at the current moment. Most of the classics are always on the menu but look for his specials and Chomakase, and Pop Up Nights when he does them!

Mr. K Katsu Sando

Mr. K specializes in serving this popular Japanese sandwich, made with two slices of soft Japanese milk bread and a crispy deep-fried meat cutlet in between. When in doubt about what to get remember- there’s always a perfect sando to satisfy you and your appetite.

Ms. Fu’s Yummy Food Truck

Ms. Fu’s Yummy Food Truck opened in October, 2014 founded by Fumiji Aoki. The owner/operator Fumiji (Ms. Fu) has been serving both classic and daring new creations of mixed culture dishes such as Japanese, Korean, Thai, Chinese and American Food for her friends and family.  She can now share her joy and love of food with everyone at many events; fairs, farmer’s markets, horse shows, private parties in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.  

Ms. Fu’s love for food comes through with each dish.  She only uses quality ingredients and pays special attention to all the details.  Every one of her items are made from scratch and these flavorful dishes bring the Asian family dinner to you.  

Steph’s Macarons

Steph’s Macarons is a North Jersey-based micro-bakery specializing in irresistibly cute, creative, and mostly gluten-free macarons. Founded by Steph, a dentist turned baker, the business offers unique flavors (Creme Brulee, Ube, and Thai Tea), custom orders for special events, baking classes, and pop-up shops across the region. With a focus on quality, artistry, and customer experience, Steph’s Macarons creates treats that elevate any occasion and bring joy to every bite.

Twelve Truck

You can get an authentic taste of the islands here at Twelve Truck here in NJ! Our brightly colored Filipino food truck is affordable, delicious and always popular. We serve freshly fried Lumpia (Pork Egg Rolls) and other Filipino and Traditional recipes, plus some really innovative Desserts. Folks can also get their fill with the help of our Catering Service. We’ll bring the food, and some friendly staff along too. We promise that Twelve Truck will leave everyone saying “Salamat!”
